Your item will be shipped within 48 hours after the order date (Monday - Friday). 2-Day Air, Ground shipping, (or In-Store Pick Up are available for local customers). For the In-Store Pick Up option, there is a 48 hour standard hold on all items, after which a fee of $2.00 will apply per item per day.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Technology: Because technology changes so quickly, we can only accept it for return within 14 days of the date of shipping. This includes: computers, monitors, copiers, all-in-one machines, digital cameras, modems, printers, computer peripherals, handheld computers, notebooks/laptops, fax machines, scanners, wireless phones, telephones, and networking products.
Refund Policy: If you paid with money order, we will refund your purchase with a corporate check. If you paid by credit card or debit card, we will credit your account with a 3% card merchant processing fee.Simply return your purchase in a saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manual, parts, and your receipt or packing slip.
